Founded by Wärtsilä engineers, built for Latin America.

Our Story

Acromex was founded in 2011 by former Wärtsilä service engineers with a clear mission: bring factory-level expertise directly to the operators who need it most across Latin America.

We operate through two legal entities — Acromex SpA, headquartered in Talcahuano, Chile, and Acromex America LLC, registered in Houston, Texas. Representative offices extend our reach to Guatemala, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Peru, and Australia.

Our engineers have been factory-trained by the world's leading OEMs — Wärtsilä (Finland, Sweden), MAK (Germany), and Wichmann (Norway) — giving us the technical depth to service complex assets that few regional firms can touch.
